"The 2012 presidential election is still more than two weeks away, but on Friday a CBS News affiliate in Arizona called the race for President Barack Obama.

For 17 seconds, Phoenix, Arizona CBS News affiliate KPHO ran a lower third graphic that showed that Obama had won the Nov. 6 election over Gov. Mitt Romney with 99% of the precincts reporting. The lower third graphic appeared around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, during an episode of "The People's Court."

The CBS News graphic showed Obama winning the election with 43 percent of the vote nationwide to Romney's 40 percent --- or 40,237,966 votes to 38,116,216. It is unclear who garnered the other 17 percent in the fictional election results.

KPHO's general manager did not return The Daily Caller's request for comment by time of publication."

This could have just been a test. It could just as easily been someone at the station clowning around. But it could be space aliens...

Kind of reminds of the BBC reporter standing in front of WTC7.

There were at least four swing states that reported machines voting for Obama when tje voter pressed Romney during early votimg.

But I am confident Obama's Justice Department amd press core will thoroly investigate any wrong doing.

There were also a couple of reported incidences where the Republicans were removed from the polling areas for a period of time. One place they had to get a judge to issue an order forcing the Dems to allow them back.

I would say that the election is no more rigged than going hunting is rigged if a guy puts out bait and a salt block. Voters in general are uninformed and stupid. They are easily distracted by celebrity endorsements, catch phrases and shiny objects. There is no conspiracy beyond taking advantage of the simple minded half wits who now make up the majority of the electorate.

I've been wondering, since the popular vote doesn't matter, is it worth it to rig the POTUS election instead of the rest?

I agree.......but this should not overshadow the fact that the GOP has grown stagnant and has little to offer much of the younger voting demographic. The sooner we accept this, the better. If something doesn't change, I don't think we'll see another "republican" president in my lifetime.

Drudge had a list of the shenanigans, not sure if it is still there or not. They had to get a judge in one state to issue an order allowing Republican poll watchers to return to the polling place as the Dems simply kicked them out. What did they do while they were there by themselves? Why kick the Repubs out if you aren't up to something?

Sounds like they need poll watchers that weren't $#@!'s. Could you imagine being the one that got "kicked" out by a bunch of democrats.

All the poll watchers around here are blue haired old women. They'd have a heart attack or break a hip if things got physical
