We should write the good Senator and give our support. All too often we spend time writing to make sure our politicians know our opinions but how often do we write praising them for something good they have done. I'm going to write him thanking him then write my senator to ask him to support Senator Kruse.

If this where to pass, we would just need all our of favorite companies to move to IN.

I think there are a few manufacturers in IL that may be looking for a new home :)

LMT, Armalite, Springfield, Rguns, and Rock River to name a few :)

Found this in a couple of the links. Great read. Quotes are print-worthy to hand to idiots who claim the founders never meant for us to have guns....

if every state did this, I could see companies having assembly plants in every state for items the feds ban.

Re: Will Indiana nullify federal law?

Even if the feds didn't ignore the 10th with even more vigor than they do the rest of the Constitution, they would merely use a tactic like claiming the power to run the plants crossed state lines, making them subject to fed regs.

They tried just this once in WV a few years back. WV voters haved chosen to be a non death penalty state, yet when a young lady burned her house down and roasted her kids alive for insurance money a federal prosecutor deemed the will of the voters deficient and seized control of the case, using just the above reasoning...the power to her house crossed state lines, making it a federal case.

Torqued a lot of folks off. Many of the angered probably agreed with his assesment that mom of the year needed to die, but didn't want the feds seizing control like that. I cannot remember if the young fed was ultimately succeasful or not, though.

What $#@!ing irks me the most, is a state like Feinstein's CA. They ignore Federal law and make pot legal, but they want to enact an even more oppressive Federal law to ban firearms and eradicate the 2A.

They have also been letting the feds close down a lot of the dispensaries. Cali doesn't always support the laws they pass, they just try to pacify the people.

Then in a state like IL, politicians are more worried about whether or not to allow State sanctioned same-sex marriage, than analyzing their gun problem and a new ridiculous AWB.
